Service User Guide

We are committed to delivering a service of the highest quality to all our clients. We focus on the issues that mean the most to our clients (i.e.) the supply of reliable appropriately trained staff who are competent to perform work in accordance with clients specifications.

We have in place, very stringent recruitment and selection procedures to ensure that only suitable and competent staff is appointed.

Following a formal face-to-face interview, Staff attend a mandatory systematic induction programme during which time opportunities for relevant further training and development programmes are availed to them.

Supervision

Staff normally work independently and for that reason, SentriCare provides a comprehensive framework for supervision that supports staff in their roles, enabling them to work confidently anywhere they are deployed.

We believe that supervision plays a crucial role in work performance, help to install confidence with staff, and also an important technique to monitor and review the quality of work delivered by an individual, where necessary.

Supervision and on-going performance assessment is conducted quarterly. SentriCare uses a stringent performance appraisal system and welcome contribution from our clients for appraising.
